We are seeking a dedicated Health Education Specialist to lead the development and implementation of educational programs for nurses. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a background in nursing, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions. This role is pivotal in fostering continuous professional development among our nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify staff training requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
• Facilitate peer-review sessions and best practice discussions.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within nursing.
• Evaluate and report on educational program metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Master’s degree in Nursing Education or Health Education preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant clinical experience

Technical Skills

• Effective presentation skills
• Simulation technology knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong mentoring abilities
• Team collaboration skills

Certifications

• BLS/CPR Certification
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Leadership experience in healthcare settings: Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus.
