Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Matcher Operator to join our production team in the wood manufacturing industry. The Matcher Operator is responsible for operating saws and related machinery to produce high-quality wooden products. Attention to detail is crucial, and the ability to match patterns accurately will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage production lines to produce wood items in line with client specifications.
• Ensure that machinery is routinely calibrated and maintained.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Work closely with the design team to execute custom projects.
• Ensure that workplace cleanliness and organization are maintained.
• Report machine malfunctions and collaborate on solutions.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and productivity enhancements.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Engage in continuous training for skills development.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the textile or machinery sector

Technical Skills

• Machine calibration
• Quality inspection

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with machinery troubleshooting: Ability to identify and fix minor machinery issues.
