Job Description

We are seeking a Dehydration Unit Operator to manage our dehydration processes. This role involves operating machinery, performing inspections, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of dehydration unit equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair dehydration systems as necessary.
• Ensure all products meet safety and quality specifications.
• Participate in team meetings to improve production processes.
• Record production metrics and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in food processing is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of production processes
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving aptitude
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean manufacturing experience: Familiarity with lean principles to improve production efficiency.
• Forklift certification: Certification for operating forklifts in a manufacturing environment.
