We are seeking a motivated and friendly Take Out Waiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their takeout orders promptly and accurately. Your exceptional customer service will help create a positive experience for our diners, making them want to return.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Verify order details and ensure accuracy before handing off to the customer.
• Prepare takeout orders including packaging food and including necessary utensils.
• Handle transactions and ensure proper cash management.
• Keep the take-out area clean and organized.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to provide recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of different cuisines and menu items: Experience in working with diverse food offerings.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems: Experience using POS systems for processing orders.
