You will be a vital link between our technology and our users.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with account recovery and password resets.
  • Provide suggestions for system upgrades and improvements.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor system performance and report any issues.
  • Participate in technical training sessions to stay updated on new technologies.

Requirements

Education
