Job Description

As a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Tool Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting blueprints and troubleshooting machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of CNC tools with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to maximize machine uptime.
• Conduct periodic maintenance checks on CNC equipment.
• Provide feedback on operational issues and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to refine processes and tooling.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in machining preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in CNC operations

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Maintenance
• G-Code Programming

Certifications

• Advanced CNC Programming Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
