We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Accommodations Rater responsible for evaluating various travel accommodations worldwide. The candidate will provide ratings for quality, cleanliness, and customer service while documenting findings in detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Assess and rate travel accommodations, documenting findings with clarity and precision.
• Research travel industry standards and best practices to enhance evaluations.
• Maintain a meticulous record of evaluations and ensure timely submissions of reports.
• Assist in training new team members on evaluation protocols and best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback to lodging providers based on evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel management, or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years' experience in the travel industry with a focus on accommodation evaluation.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with online travel booking platforms

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
