Join our team as a Waiter or Waitress aboard our dining cars, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for passengers. We're looking for team players with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals and beverages to passengers in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health safety regulations while serving.
• Monitor passenger satisfaction and adjust service accordingly.
• Participate in staff meetings to improve service strategies.
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff as needed.
• Provide feedback to management regarding menu items and customer preferences.
• Stay informed about menu items and specials to better serve customers.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all passengers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of working in hospitality-focused roles

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• Alcohol Awareness Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience Working on a Train or Similar Vehicle: Hands-on experience serving in mobile environments is a plus.
