We are looking for skilled Cabinetmakers and Bench Carpenters to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate has a passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating custom furniture and wooden instruments that meet our high standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Responsibilities

• Construct wooden products with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Utilize both traditional and modern techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
• Conduct regular maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document processes and create designs for future projects based on customer needs.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices in various techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in carpentry or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in custom furniture making

Technical Skills

• Blueprint interpretation
• Finishing techniques

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in CAD software: Experience using CAD software for design and prototyping.
• Ability to work with metal fittings: Experience in integrating metal hardware into wooden designs.
