Job Description

We are seeking experienced separating, filtering, clarifying, precipitating, and still machine setters, operators, and tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of machinery and processes involved in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery used in filtering, separating, and clarifying operations.
• Ensure that machinery is in good working condition through regular maintenance and safety checks.
• Keep detailed logs of production numbers and any equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around machinery.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to company health and safety policies.
• Assist in quality control checks to guarantee product standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in manufacturing technology preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in machine operation and production

Technical Skills

• Advanced Machine Operation
• Emergency Repairs

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in relevant machine operations or safety: Having additional certifications can enhance employability.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role: Demonstrated leadership capabilities in manufacturing settings.
