Product Designer

Job Description

Join our team as a Product Designer and help shape the future of our products. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process from conceptual sketches to pixel-perfect interfaces. This position encourages out-of-the-box thinking while adhering to the practical requirements of usability and functionality. Experience with user testing and understanding of market trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from inception through execution.
• Translate business objectives into effective design concepts.
• Participate in design critiques to develop and refine design skills.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and address technical constraints.
• Ensure the usability and user experience of all designs through testing and research.
• Integrate user feedback to improve existing products.
• Create presentation materials for stakeholders to convey design ideas.
• Develop and maintain a design system for the product suite.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration to develop integrated user experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
