Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Installation Technician to join our expanding team. You will play a pivotal role in installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure various types of security systems including fire alarms and monitoring solutions.
  • Conduct security audits and provide detailed reports on system effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during or after installations.
  • Maintain inventory of tools and equipment necessary for installations.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client consultations.
  • Monitor quality control processes to ensure service excellence.
  • Develop training materials for clients and internal staff on system use.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service and installation quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to advance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in low-voltage systems preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in security system installation and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
