Join our growing team as a Motorboat Operator! You will operate and maintain our fleet of motorboats, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all passengers. Experience in customer service and boat handling is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of motorboats and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on motorboats.
• Deliver engaging experiences for passengers through informative commentary.
• Assist in coordinating boat schedules and tours.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Train new staff members on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Actively monitor weather conditions and make safety decisions as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license and boating license

Experience

• Experience in marine mechanics or engineering is a plus.
