Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Wedding Planner! This position involves collaborating closely with clients to bring their wedding dreams to life. You’ll handle everything from budget management to liaising with vendors, making sure every element is perfect for the big day.

Responsibilities

  • Generate event design concepts based on client preferences.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and secure vendor partnerships.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments of potential venues.
  • Compile and manage guest lists, RSVPs, and related documentation.
  • Organize tastings and trials for catering and other vendor services.
  • Develop contingency plans for inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Lead client meetings and present design proposals and schedules.
  • Document and report on wedding day successes and areas for improvement.
  • Engage in post-event follow-up to assess client satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek methods to enhance services and event quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in wedding planning or event management.
