Job Description

As a Car Chaser, you will be responsible for tracking down vehicles that are no longer being paid for. This role is critical to our operations, and you will engage with clients and agencies to facilitate recoveries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with debtors to facilitate payment arrangements.
• Document all communications and actions taken in pursuit of vehicle recovery.
• Stay updated on regulations and laws related to repossession and debt collection.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance recovery techniques and negotiation skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in recovery or related fields

Technical Skills

• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local laws

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Independence

Certifications

• Certified Recovery Specialist

Languages

• Spanish: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local repossession laws: Understanding local regulations related to auto recovery is crucial.
