Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an RPA Pilot, where you will be responsible for operating unmanned aircraft systems for various missions. Your expertise will contribute to aerial surveys and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct remote piloting and navigation of unmanned aircraft systems.
Implement safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Collect and interpret data from aerial surveys.
Maintain detailed flight logs and documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Assist in developing training materials for piloting standards.
Ensure compliance with airspace restrictions and permits.
Requirements
Education
FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107)
Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field
Experience
Experience with aerial survey or data collection missions is a plus
Technical Skills
Knowledge of aviation regulations
Ability to analyze and interpret flight data
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Certifications
Additional UAS certifications
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in diverse languages to support international operations.
Experience in conducting research missions using RPAs: Hands-on experience with scientific applications of unmanned aerial systems.
