Job Description

We are seeking skilled Paper Goods Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up machinery, monitoring operations, and ensuring that our paper products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production line efficiency and productivity.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and machine settings.
• Coordinate with quality control personnel to ensure standards are met.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.
• Handle emergency situations in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance and repairs performed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing processes preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in paper manufacturing or related field

Technical Skills

• Machine calibration
• Safety compliance

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

Advantageous

• Experience in troubleshooting production machinery: Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing machinery.
