Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and explain rental procedures clearly.
  • Process payments and refunds accurately.
  • Assist customers with reservations and provide product recommendations.
  • Maintain records of all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Report any equipment issues or concerns to management promptly.
  • Participate in inventory checks and equipment maintenance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and rental options.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and promotional events.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in the rental or hospitality industry: Familiarity with equipment rental processes and customer service standards.
  • Additional language proficiency: Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
