Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Administrator to oversee and improve the operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
  • Design and implement policies that enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment among staff.
  • Develop quality assurance programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct performance reviews and staff evaluations.
  • Manage financial resources responsibly.
  • Engage in community outreach and healthcare initiatives.
  • Work with IT to ensure effective data management.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues that arise.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • MBA in Healthcare Management is a plus
