Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Fitter to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foot anatomy and biomechanics, along with excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will accurately measure customers' feet, recommend appropriate footwear, and ensure a comfortable fit.

Responsibilities

• Measure and fit shoes for customers accurately.
• Help customers choose the right footwear for their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
• Educate customers about foot health and shoe technologies.
• Manage fitting area cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Respond to customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of footwear trends and customer preferences.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in retail customer service is advantageous.
