Job Description

We are seeking skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating machinery for mixing and blending various materials, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple mixing and blending machines simultaneously while ensuring consistency.
• Perform quality inspections of products before, during, and after blending processes.
• Keep work area organized and free of hazards, following safety guidelines.
• Engage in routine audits of machines for reliability and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members to troubleshoot production challenges.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior operators.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing processes is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the food or chemical processing industry.

Technical Skills

• Machine Calibration

Languages

• English: Fluent
