You will perform various tasks including examinations, treatments, and surgeries while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics for pets.
• Execute surgical procedures and manage post-operative care.
• Advise clients on preventative care and nutrition.
• Lead a team of veterinary technicians in patient care.
• Engage in community outreach for animal health awareness.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
• Participate in the development of clinic policies.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Specialization in Small Animal Medicine is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in veterinary practice

Certifications

• Licensed Veterinarian in Maryland
• ACVIM Certification (Internal Medicine) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
