Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Manage budgets and financial planning in coordination with the financial department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for staffing and management issues.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and services.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare reports for upper management on operations and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management
  • Bachelor's degree is required
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or management
