Join our growing team as a Sheep Herder, where you will oversee the welfare of our flock. Your role will include guiding sheep to grazing areas, ensuring their health and safety, and participating in farm activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flock movements and ensure proper grazing.
• Conduct health checks and manage any medical needs.
• Assist in breeding schedules and lambing preparations.
• Maintain farm equipment and tools used in sheep management.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in livestock care.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Animal Care is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in sheep herding or agricultural operations.
