Job Description

As a Tandem Mill Operator, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will involve operating and monitoring the tandem mill to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and skilled in mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate equipment for optimal performance based on production specifications.
• Work closely with colleagues to troubleshoot issues in the production line.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of the machinery regularly.
• Assist in the training of new operators in best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in tandem rolling or similar role.
