Material Moving Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Material Moving Workers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading and handling wood chips and other materials, ensuring a smooth workflow in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the unloading of delivery trucks and storage of materials.
• Utilize forklifts to move heavy materials safely.
• Maintain and organize the designated storage areas for easy access.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss productivity metrics.
• Report any concerns related to machinery or safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Heavy Machinery Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Wood Products: Familiarity with wood and paper products is a plus.
