Job Description

We are looking for a Development Associate to assist in planning and executing fundraising strategies for our organization. This role involves collaborating with the development team to support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts, and to ensure the success of our fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Research and identify potential funding sources and donor prospects.
  • Draft and submit grant applications and reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all donor interactions and communications are recorded accurately.
  • Work with the marketing team to design promotional materials for fundraising.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing donors.
  • Attend and assist at donor appreciation events and meetings.
  • Aid in developing strategies for effective donor engagement.
  • Track and analyze fundraising efforts and results to improve future strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster a community of support for our mission.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • Previous experience in a fundraising or related role preferred
