Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our research team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing documentation throughout the research process. You will work closely with clinical teams and contribute to the advancement of medical research.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with study sites and stakeholders.
• Ensure that adverse events are reported and addressed appropriately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and updates.
• Support the resolution of queries and issues raised during audits.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation for trials.
• Monitor expenses to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• Additional certifications in Clinical Research are a plus

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in clinical trials or research work

• Regulatory Compliance Knowledge

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)
