We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our research team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing documentation throughout the research process. You will work closely with clinical teams and contribute to the advancement of medical research.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site initiation and training of clinical staff.
• Perform regular audits and inspections of trial documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline trial processes.
• Review and assist in the development of clinical trial protocols.
• Prepare reports for study sponsors and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations based on findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• Additional certifications in Clinical Research are a plus

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in clinical trials or research work
