Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter to operate various machines for metal and plastic components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with polishing techniques and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding, lapping, polishing, and buffing machines to achieve desired finishes.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products.
• Document machine settings and adjustments for future reference.
• Understand and execute technical drawings and specifications.
• Assist in inventory management and order materials as required.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on materials and processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machining or manufacturing technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in metal and plastic finishing
