We need a Bonding Machine Tender to manage the operation of machines that bond metal components. A strong background in manufacturing, attention to safety, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up bonding machines according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure longevity.
• Quality-check finished metal parts and provide feedback on production issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff for troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to new operators on equipment handling.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating bonding machines.
