UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in San Diego. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to transform user needs into design solutions that prioritize usability, functionality, and visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative user experiences.
• Analyze user data to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all digital products.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for the user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure all visual design elements align with the brand message.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating design proficiency

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Accessibility Standards: Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
