Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Alum Plant Supervisor to oversee operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The successful candidate will coordinate a team, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the alum plant, ensuring safe and efficient production.
• Establish quality control measures and maintain documentation.
• Implement best practices in manufacturing and lean methodologies.
• Address any production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Engage with external stakeholders for audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• MBA is desirable

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
