Job Description

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will play a critical role in our compliance team, overseeing regulatory reports and ensuring adherence to evolving regulations. Your expertise will help navigate audits and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities promptly.
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and internal teams.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement changes and improvements to compliance processes.
• Provide training and support to other employees on compliance-related matters.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's compliance strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in finance or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience
