As a Legal Counsel at Legal Solutions Inc., you will provide expert legal advice to various business units. Your role will involve drafting contracts, advising on compliance matters, and representing the company in legal negotiations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal processes for contracts and transactions.
• Advise the management team on corporate governance issues.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Draft and maintain corporate governance documents.
• Analyze and manage litigation risks.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• L.L.M. is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate law or legal consulting

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia
