Shuttle Driver / Courtesy Van Driver

Job Description

Join our team as a Shuttle Driver! You'll be responsible for transporting guests safely to and from designated locations while ensuring the van is clean and well-maintained. With your excellent communication skills, you'll provide a welcoming experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained van for customer comfort.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while operating the courtesy van.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with passengers.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage and fuel consumption.
• Ensure the van is fueled and ready for use at the start of each shift.
• Follow company policies for the safe operation of the courtesy van.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a courteous van driver or similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Valid driver's license
• Basic vehicle maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the hospitality industry: Familiarity with providing services in a hospitality environment is a plus.
• Ability to speak multiple languages: Bilingual candidates will be given preference.
• Experience driving various vehicle types: Prior experience driving vans, SUVs, or larger vehicles preferred.
