Job Description

As a Banquet Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to guests during events. Your tasks will include setting up the banquet area, serving food and drinks, and assisting with guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and break down banquet areas before and after events.
• Serve meals and drinks with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Work closely with event planners to ensure all guest needs are met.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss event details and improve service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

• Excellent communication skills

Certifications

• Food Handler's Certification

Languages
