Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Granulator to join our team. The Granulator will be responsible for operating and maintaining granulation equipment to process synthetic and glass fibers into granules of desired size. This role requires strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards to ensure optimal performance and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate granulation machines according to production needs.
  • Observe and record operational data for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff for scheduled equipment repairs.
  • Participate in safety audits and comply with workplace regulations.
  • Review and adjust feed rates to ensure material consistency.
  • Maintain logs of production output and machine performance.
  • Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices.
  • Engage with suppliers regarding material quality and specifications.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving production bottlenecks.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or vocational training in manufacturing processes is a plus.
Experience
  • Prior experience in the recycling or manufacturing sector preferred.
