Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Machine Operator to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various cutting machines, ensuring high-precision cuts for welt strips used in shoe manufacturing. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for production runs as needed.
• Monitor production output and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot and solve basic machine issues that may arise during operations.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure all cut welt strips meet specifications.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Support other production staff as needed to maintain workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience operating cutting machines in a manufacturing setting
