Job Description

As a Coil Winder, Taper, and Finisher at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for manually winding and finishing coils, springs, and cables. This role demands precision and keen attention to detail, ensuring that each component meets stringent specifications. You will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Accurately wind various types of coils as per production schedule.
• Monitor the winding process and adjust as necessary for optimal results.
• Conduct detailed inspections of finished products before packing.
• Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Help resolve production challenges as they arise.
• Use basic math skills to measure winding parameters.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance and possible improvements.
• Assist in material handling and preparation for production.
• Engage in continual learning on new equipment and winding techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or winding role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Hand-eye coordination

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues: Experience in identifying and fixing simple winding problems.
