Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving desktop computers and peripherals.
  • Install and configure software applications as necessary.
  • Support users with issues related to email and internet connectivity.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the help desk ticketing system.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks.
  • Provide orientation and training to new users on IT systems and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
