Job Description

As a Creel Hand, you will play a crucial role in our textile manufacturing process by operating and maintaining creels, ensuring a seamless yarn supply for production lines. Your attention to detail will contribute directly to the quality of our textile products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading process of yarn cones on creels.
• Regularly inspect and maintain creel equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate production schedules.
• Implement preventive maintenance practices.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating creel machines is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with yarn types and characteristics

Soft Skills

• Ability to multitask

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing: Familiarity with best practices to ensure workplace safety.
