Job Description
Join our team as a Secondary School History Teacher and help shape the minds of future leaders. Your role will involve creating interactive lesson plans and fostering an enriching learning environment for students.
Responsibilities
Instruct students in understanding historical concepts, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Organize and maintain lesson materials, instructional resources, and classroom displays.
Develop and implement project-based learning activities that involve students' critical thinking.
Utilize technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
Encourage student participation and foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.
Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and goals.
Research and incorporate innovative teaching strategies and practices.
Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Education or History
Master's degree in Education is preferred
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years teaching history at the secondary level
