Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Food Service Manager to lead our cafe operations. You will manage staff, oversee inventory, and ensure top-notch customer service, all while contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the cafe to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Examine and manage inventory levels to help minimize waste.
  • Establish health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Plan promotional activities to boost cafe visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in the food and beverage sector
