Air Traffic Controller

Job Description

As an Air Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the safe and orderly flow of air traffic. You will communicate with pilots and other air traffic control personnel to ensure timely operations and monitor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance with FAA regulations and safety guidelines.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs.
• Analyze traffic patterns to optimize airspace usage.
• Collaborate with the airport operations team to manage gate assignments.
• Educate new personnel on procedures and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Air Traffic Management or a related field
• FAA certification preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in air traffic control.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in Military Aviation: Military experience in aviation management or air traffic control.
