Job Description

The General and Operations Manager will take the lead in overseeing operations and managing operational risks across various departments. This role requires a strong background in risk management, alongside outstanding leadership and communication skills. You will work collaboratively with senior management to design, implement, and monitor risk management protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational risk management function, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and report on key operational risks and exposures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams on risk management practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the operational risk environment and emerging risks.
  • Facilitate risk management training sessions for new employees.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Manage the communication of risk management practices across the organization.
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring risk considerations are incorporated.
  • Review and enhance risk reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop a robust framework for incident and crisis response.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management
  • Master's degree is favorable

  • Over 6 years in operational management and risk analysis
