Roofing Consultant

Job Description

The Roofing Consultant will provide expert guidance on roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance. The successful candidate is expected to assess clients' roofing needs, offer recommendations, and oversee the quality of work performed.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to discuss roofing needs and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure fair terms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in roofing construction or consulting

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Familiarity with green roofing systems

Soft Skills

• Effective negotiation skills
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Certified Roofing Consultant (CRC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently: Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Previous experience dealing with insurance claims: Experience in managing roofing claims and ensuring client satisfaction.
