Job Description
The Crew Foreman will lead a team of construction workers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations on construction sites.
Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with workplace safety standards.
Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Facilitate communication between workers and upper management.
Schedule and coordinate manpower and equipment utilization effectively.
Implement quality control measures to ensure standards are met.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in Construction Management is preferred
Experience
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the construction field

Blueprint Reading
Equipment Operation

Certifications
First Aid and CPR Certification
LEED Accredited Professional (optional)
Advantageous
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM): Experience using BIM software for project management and coordination.
