Job Description

As a Help Desk Technician at Tech Innovations, you will be the first point of contact for technical support requests, providing efficient and effective assistance to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring that computer systems function smoothly, and enhancing overall user experience. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Log and track incidents and requests in the help desk management system.
  • Create documentation and training materials to assist users.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on support processes.
  • Support special projects or additional tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
