Job Description

We are looking for experienced Farm Equipment Mechanics to join our dedicated team. Your primary responsibilities will involve diagnosing and repairing irrigation equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring that all systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and troubleshoot irrigation systems and equipment for repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Document repairs and maintenance in compliance with company standards.
  • Order and track inventory parts needed for repairs.
  • Assist customers with equipment operation and safety practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training for new repair techniques and technologies.
  • Provide high-quality customer service during every interaction.
  • Comply with environmental regulations regarding waste disposal.
  • Work overtime when necessary to meet business demands.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training or certification in irrigation systems repair is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in irrigation system maintenance and repair.
