Job Description

The Product Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and testing innovative agricultural solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers while adhering to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in product engineering focusing on agricultural products

Technical Skills

• Proficient in 3D design software
• Experience with testing methodologies

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification: A plus for overseeing product development projects.
